Aleksandra Horvat

Aleksandra Horvat, Ph.D. is professor at the Department of Information Sciences, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb. Her main interest is library legislation and the role of libraries in society. She has initiated the establishment of Croatian Library Association FAIFE Committee in 1998, and participated in a Coalition of Non-Government Organizations that initiated the drafting and adopting of the FOI Act in Croatia in 2003.
