Teaches information retrieval and mediation. Research interests are virtual reference services and the librarian. Evaluator in an EU project within the programme: Access to Telematics and other resources 1998-2000. Member of the Advisory Committee for NORD I&D http://nordiod2007.sfis.nu/ since 2002.
