Margaret Ostrander

Margaret Ostrander is a MLIS student at Dominican University/College of St. Catherine in the U.S. in Minnesota. She recently served as an intern at the University of Minnesota's Center for Transportation Studies, a national resource bringing together faculty with state and federal departments of transportation, as well as solidifying the University's place in transportation-related research. Margaret is currently employed in a special library at Thomson Corporation. Her interests include corporate librarianship and emerging technologies.

Margaret Ostrander is a graduate student at the Department of Library and Information Science of the College of St. Catherine/Dominican University. Margaret recently served as an intern at the University of Minnesota?s Center for Transportation Studies, a national resource bringing together faculty with state and federal departments of transportation, as well as solidifying the University?s place in transportation-related research. After working at the University of Minnesota's Wilson Library, she is currently employed in a special library at Thomson Corporation. There she leads Web 2.0 initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and transfer. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Womens Studies and Chicano Studies from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
