Tibor Koltay

Graduated from Eötvös Loránd University in 1987 with MA in Russian where he received a PhD in Russian Linguistics in 2002. Obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Library and Information Science at Kent State University, Kent. OH. in 1992. Professor (2004-2007 Associate Professor), Course Director, Head of Department at the Department of Information and Library Studies, Szent István University, Faculty of Applied and Professional Arts, Jászberény. Also teaching at the Department of Library and Information Science, Berzsenyi Dániel College, Szombathely, both in Hungary.
