Matthew Borg

I work for the Sheffield Hallam University library, in a team of subject librarians working with the Business and Management faculty - supporting both academics and students. Primary professional interests include the adaptation of existing library functions to include technological developments, and the promotion of online social networking tools as useful tools for information professionals to employ. I am particularly interested in how information and knowledge professionals can and should be using these tools to facilitate better liaison and networking across institutions - on a local and global level.

To support my work at the university, I am currently studying for an MSc in Knowledge Management through the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.
